We have over 50,000 square feet of Air Conditioned Space.  We are setting up booths for Coaches to Check-In and booths for Team Mom's to check in also.  We are giving windows of time for this.  The check in is mostly online, so it doesn't take too long.  You can come anytime during the given time slot for check ins! 

This year, we have included the Team Gift Exchange with the Opening day events on Sunday.  All participating Teams can exchange their gifts at this time.   Gift Exchange will take place this year during the opening ceremony on Sunday.  Each team should bring approximately 15 gift bags, valued at 10 to 15 dollars each.  Bags should contain small items  that represent your Home State or City.
